In many cases our buildings will require planning consent, and some clients find the whole prospect of the application quite daunting. We offer the following levels of assistance:

Drawings Only

The elevations and floor plan, for you to submit to your local authority, charges vary according to building size this is refundable should an order be completed Call our sales team for details

Comprehensive Planning Service

We can arrange for a personal consultant to handle the application for you

Available countrywide and a sample 'package' may include:

• Initial Site Visit
• Planning drawings
• A Block Plan at 1:500 and a site location plan at 1:2500
• Design and access statement
• Completion of Planning Application Forms & discussion with planning officers.

Not included:

• Application fee charged by the local Authority.

Building Regulations

Many buildings are exempt but this may be required for domestic stables, commercial yards or garden buildings and garages being placed near a boundary that may prove a fire risk.

Normally other buildings over 30 sq m will be required to comply with building regulations. We can provide structural calculations if required.
